Annual Passholder Previews REGISTRATION LINK IN FIRST POST-EVENT FULLY BOOKED

Hmm...I've been refreshing multiple times per hour for over a week and have never seen it before. I'd be surprised to have a cached page randomly pop up after that amount of time.
I’ve been getting this generic registration screen every morning for a couple of weeks now. I refresh it all day and it eventually changes to the Event is Full page. I’m not saying nothing is afoot, but so far today is status quo for my experience.

You can still buy a Florida resident platinum or platinum plus pass. As far as I know they are considered the same thing.

Yes you can. Some of my family have the Plat pass. Only difference is FL residents can pay Monthly instead of having to pay all at once.

same with me - tried on my computer and my phone, not logged in and after logging in .... same "Event is Full" page

I haven't deleted cookies or anything though, so maybe that is why

Woah I’ve been behind!

I have a FL resident platinum pass- same thing as the normal one just at a discount

That ‘registration page’ is a glitchy thing. It’s happened before and we all had a whole hubbub about it but it wasn’t ‘real’. If you refresh it again(or open another browser) you’ll go back to Event is Full.

I think it will happen today, but that’s my wishful thinking and I love to just post my predictions!

Hope everyone has a great Monday! I’ll be driving to Gainesville, but I won’t be able to check tomorrow or Wednesday. So I need it to be today!

Ok, so the CM preview and rules are completely separate from the passholder ones. Grouping them together as 1 rule for both is confusing and wont be done at the same time.

The trigger for the passholder preview is the eligible AP itself- not how many is in your family. If everyone in your family has an eligible AP, everyone in your family has a chance to preview- the semantics of how to register everyone is what's shady at the moment. We will see soon enough.
Right, this is what I was mentioning, since PP applied the same logic for CM previews as to why they'd limit AP previews to 1 guest. In the case of a CM preview, this is different because not everyone the CM is inviting is another CM. In the case of the AP, we are talking about others who are also AP. To compare it would be the same if only some CM got an invite and others didn't even get a chance to sign up at all. I do know that only some CM get to go but that's still different as it's what, a lottery and ANY CM (who meets whatever requirements they have set in place) can apply for the lottery. Not just some who meet the requirements.

I really have a feeling today is going to be the day. I tried to buy my wife a Florida AP last night so we could activate it when we get there this afternoon but it wouldn’t let me since my card is still associated with our old address. Does anyone know if that will be the case if we try in person too when we bring our proof of residency? I believe they said a bank statement (which we did update) would be sufficient so we could skip the DMV. We could always use our banks card but I wanted to get the rewards points.
You should since they don't do address verification for approval of the charge when you use a credit card in person.

Anybody remember that guy who setup a FB group and said the link "should" post the next day.... how ridiculous did he make himself look! Is there anybody even left in the group?

Looking at the code behind the page once you've selected a date/time it holds your slot for 5 minutes to give you time to complete the registration process.
Yes, this is how past sign ups worked. Like buy movie or concert tickets. You have your options locked in for a period of time so you can complete the process.
Of course, this is just folks assuming they use the same page. Nothing says they will. That page could never change, even after the sign ups are live. It could be a different link totally.
Still believe it will have the 5 min hold of your spot.

So strange...I've never seen it before, and today it's all that will show up on all of my different devices and browsers! So other people are still getting the event is full page today?

What link are you using? I'm just getting the 'Event Full' message.
Funny part about that link, and why I am not sure clicking it will ever give anyone anything, that's all I've ever seen. Nothing or no different browser will change that page from the Event Full message. It doesn't give the same thing to everyone each time. I mean, obviously it can't hurt to refresh it but changes that happen on that page doesn't mean a thing because it's never consistent anyway.

... but I bet you will keep checking it! I'm pretty certain they won't re-engineer an entire event registration system for one event.

Me? Nope. Already said I don't refresh or check any links. I've never gotten word of past events from those links. Emails or saw it here first. That's been sufficient so I see no need to click a bunch of random other links that never paid off before.
Well, I've never bother with the sign up one but the blog and AP page at least.
I clicked it today just to check again before posting that Event Full is all that it's ever shown me, so I could know it was accurate.

The registration link used for Pandora preview always went to the "Event Full" page for me; never deviated. Today the same link (which still has Pandora in the code) takes me to the Passholder Program page. Not saying anything will happen today, but something certainly changed for me overnight. This was consistent over several browsers and several devices.

Ermm.... it was a joke...

Ok. Didn't see it that way but no biggie. Others have asked about what I (me personally) are refreshing so didn't find it strange if you had too.
They may not re-engineer anything. I am not beginning to assume what they'll do. But it doesn't take re-engineering to use a different link. MDE is a totally different version since that Pandora sign up. Lots of things have changed in it since then. A different link to reach the same sign up is possible. As is the same link to reach the sign up being possible.

Would you mind sharing the Pandora link please? Utterly futile though clicking random links is....

Let's not go down the rabbit hole of people trying the old Pandora event link and posting how it is reacting. The link will work when it is active. Period. It could be a totally different link. We don't know.

Having it "act different" from a previous day doesn't mean anything and all this chatter (and thus the activity on this post) is just getting people excited over nothing. :)

Internet pages like this are cached all over the internet and you may just be getting an old page or different reaction to it. Or there are so many invisible, behind-the-scenes things (cookies, sessions, etc.) that happen when going to a "link" that automatically redirect different people to different things.
