I did not receive a copy of the February Mickey Monitor,so I called the AP telephone number to make sure I was still on the mailing list.I was told I had reached the Passholder Line and I selected prompt number 2 for Passholder information. My call went straight to the main WDW reservation line.I explained to the reservation CM that I was trying to reach the Passholder Line and he said that all calls to the Passholder Line go to the main number.Has it always been this way?I thought there were Passholder Line CMs.Anyway,he said that I was still on the mailing list, but didn't offer to send me a copy.I had to politely request that.I also asked him how to register my E-Mail address at the Passholder website, that I had never found anything on the website telling how to do this and that I had never received any Passholder E-Mails.He said my E-Mail address was in the system and didn't offer to try to find out why I had never received any Passholder E-Mails.He was nice enough, but it didn't seem like Annual Passholder calls were his top priority.Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks. :)

The Mickey Monitor (and other passholder info) is available on-line.

There is link on the official WDW website.

Go to

disneyworld.com

and click on "Passholders" (its in the upper right corner below "Dining Finder".)

You can register as a passholder by providing your AP number from the ticket.

Once you're on the Passholder page,
just click on "Mickey Monitor" on the right-hand side, half-way down.

That's interesting. I have never received one Mickey Monitor and I have been registered for over a year now. LAME. :sad2:

The passholder number has always gone to the main line - well at least as long as I have been a passholder.

Plus I have yet to figure out how to register an email address. Although I hear if you do it doesn't really matter because it's pretty hit or miss if you will actually receive an email anyway.

Thanks for the replies.I don't understand why they even have a Passholder Line if it just goes straight to the main number. It isn't toll-free or anything.I don't understand how it benefits anybody to call the Passholder number instead of just calling the main number. :)

I never got one the whole year of my pass. It is expired and now I am receiving them.
