Annual Passes

Is it possible if you doing 14 days at Disney World to buy an annual pass and transfer to someone else?

Also if we did 5 days at Disneyland would it be able to transfer AP to my sister who lives in SF near northern California

Annual Passes are non-transferable.

That would be really nice if you could, but unfortunately they are nontransferable.

They take your picture for both so there is no possible way of transferring to another person.

Your q has been answered. But FYI, an annual pass to WDW is not the same as an annual pass to DL. The ONLY pass that will get you into WDW and DL is the Disney Premier Passport which is $1,439+tax. (As with APs, it's non-transferable.)

Not only is this not allowed, the OP could get his sister into big trouble with Disney if she gets caught trying to use someone else's AP.
