Yes because you'll need to validate them in person at Guest Relations (park or Disney Springs) so they can verify your ID.

Yes, but a lot of people had the passes in their cart before that page went down.

Seems to be working. Didn’t complete but I got farther. However upgrades online not an option.

Finally managed to purchase 2 passes here after trying since 6am. We had them in our basket before the dwarfs appeared thankfully.
