My AP will expire on 6/29 I am not leaving Disney until 7/2 is there anyway to extend the passes for 2 days I did not want to renew my AP at this time

You could buy a two-day ticket. You could also buy Disney After Hours tickets prior to your pass expiring with the discount. I think there is a Villains after hours on July 1st.
