Annual Pass Vouchers

Received our annual pass vouchers in the mail today.

I have tried entering them on the MDE website but I keep getting this error message: We're sorry, but we are unable to retrieve your pass information at this time; please try again later.

I selected the last image on the options given and even went back and tried each different one with no success.

Can vouchers not be added? If not, then how will I be able to do FP+ for our upcoming trip?

Vouchers can be added. Looks like a temporary glitch on the MDE side--keep trying.

If you are DVC they have a special line set up for help with MDE and they are very helpful.

I had the same issue.

I had to call IT - they were very helpful, but it took them about 20 minutes to fix, and they weren't really able to explain to me why it wouldn't work for me.

Since that though, everything has worked fine.

Anyone looking in:

It will potentially save a lot of problems with MDE if a AP is ordered using the "Will Call" (pick up at WDW) option.
Then, the confirmation number provided can be put into MDE to make FP+ reservations.

For some reason, the AP "voucher number" is more problematic to MDE than the "confirmation number."

Don't know why.
I just have read many reports that indicate this.

Someone here posted that if you have the MDE app, you can click add a ticket and it has a scanner. It worked for our APs. I had to call tech support several times for this issue before I saw the post. Everything both on the app and online is fine now.

I did the scanner thing on my AP in the phone app and it worked like a dream - beautiful.
Although I have paid for my renewal, and being in Australia i don't get a ticket sent to me, just a receipt number. This number is generating the same error in MDE and when i rang WDW IT they couldn't fix but said the system has me listed as an Annual Passholder and should work when my FP+ booking time comes around.
I suppose i will find out won't I !
