I am trying to access the annual pass web page on the WDW site. It states to enter the number on the lower right corner of your pass. I do not see a number any where near there. There is a number that is on the lower left that starts with the letter "U", could that be it (it also has 4 digits). Also the site will not let me select the pass type. Is anyone else having trouble accessing this site or am I not seeing soemthing. I have the regular annual pass type that went active in December 2003.

Thanks

I also had this problem, and to save you the 45 mins or so I spent on the phone trying to get this answer from guest services, you need to enter the following: below where it says "valid thru..." there are some letters and numbers, then the date it was activated, followed by more numbers. Enter all of this, lowercase, using no hyphens, colons, slashes or spaces. This should work-let me know if you need more help!!

I have had the same problem. I finally gave up on it. Thanks for posting the answer to the mystery of "what number?"

I am not at home and don't have my pass, but I remember entering all the numbers at the bottom exactly as they were at the bottom. Including the colon ( : ) and the slashes ( / ) in the expiration date.

This was the email I received from WDW when I asked them how to access the site.......
Your information should look something like this - WTS013011599123.
This information would look like this on the back of the pass - WTS:013
01/15/99 123. Your letters and numbers will be different, but this is
the type of information that the field is looking for.
Please input without any spaces and use CAPS. If you are
still unable to log in, please forward a phone number and we will have someone
contact you.

Thank you!
Sincerely,

O.K. here is where I am at as of now. I was able to figure out what I.D. number to put in (Thanks for all your help), it was just as Dan Murphy stated. Now however the site will not let me select a pass type. It has accepted my ID and zip code but whenever I go to select a pass type it will not let me click on any of the selections. I hope the site is worth going through all this.

By the way disfanRN, we were also at the Wilderness Lodge in December 2003 (8th-14th) we had a great time, can't wait to get back.

I wish they would update the site to include the 2004 benefits.

You have to enter your passholder number which is 3 letters & 3 numbers with no spaces or : in it, then enter the date that appears after that with / in between the dates, then enter the 3 numbers that appear after that. If there is only 1 number, then you enter 2 zeros then that number.

Also, be advised that even though there is a different number for passholders, this will automatically bring you directly to CRO, not the passholder department. You will be asked to give your name and address to the CRO agent, then they will transfer you to the passholder department, which you will have to give the same information to them. For some reason CRO does not relay your information to the pass department.

Finally, as of today (1/8/04) the information on the website is still for 2003.
