Annual Pass Renewal Help

Im still debating on renewing my PAP, or wait until i return in May and just buy a new one then. I was looking on Deb Wills site about ticket prices, and I noticed it had a price for PAP Renewal, and also for PAP renewal charter member.

What exactly is a charter member??

It is cheaper to renew that way but i dont know what it means to be a charter member.

A charter member is someone who has had an AP since WDW opened. So it applies to a very small group of people.

Don't forget...if you don't renew within a certain time frame, you pay full price all over again.

I've been buying APs since '96 and I've never renewed. We'd always get in 1 more trip before they expired and we wouldn't be back for several months, I just couldn't see renewing when we wouldn't be using the pass during those first 3 months. Rather pay the extra 50 dollars and have it 3 extra months. If you are worried about a rate increase you can always buy a voucher to get the rate it is now.
