Looking at ticket prices on All Ears Net page and I seen Annual Pass Renewal Charter** does anyone know what this is?

I belive charter annual passes are limited and only those people who got their AP when WDW first opened have them. (I have not confirmed this, but read it on another board)

The simplest explanation is right at the top of that page on allearnet:

"**Charter Annual Passes are ones that have been kept continuously in effect since first offered in 1982. They are no longer available for purchase."
