Two questions regarding AP that would really help put my vacation together. 1) does anybody know if the rates for January Ap discounts have been posted? Is it possible to call up res now and see if they are available?
2) what do you do if you lost your AP? Can you just go to the will call and get another? is there a fee?

To answer your 2nd question, when I activated my AP last January, the CM made a point to tell me not to panic if I lost my AP. She said I would simply need to present a picture I.D. at any Guest Services window and they would be able to replace my AP, no problem.

She did not mention any fee for the replacement.

I had to replace mine. There was no fee.

I have read on Mousesavers.com that you should write down the #'s that are printed on the AP. We did that when we had our passes last year. This way if you loose your wallet our ID while on vacation you'd at least be able to get into the parks...you can't get on the plane to get back home but at least you'd be able to enjoy your vacation!

Small clarification:

This is not necessary when you have an activated AP. You are already in the ATS computer system by name and merely have to present a photo ID at Guest Relations to have it replaced.

If you have an unactivated AP voucher or a PH or PHP ticket, then Mary's advice holds true.

As far as I know, the farthest out they have the AP rates for is November. I wouldn't count on those rates when booking either. The AP rates for October/November were gone in one day!
