Annual Pass Question

Hi! My wife and I recently purchased Annual passes for our upcoming December trip. WHen my certificates arrived in the mail, I have been unable to pull up the passholder sight on disneyworld.com. I called the ticket information and they are able to get my info up. I tried to lower my security on my computer and still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem. Anyone have any ideas.

Are you sure you're entering your information correctly?

The voucher number should look something like this:

ND004 01/01/2005 WDW:012 Tr: 33 45

So then to get into the site, you would enter

WDW 012 01 01 05 45

If that's not the sequence you're putting the numbers into, try adjusting and see if that helps.

i have never ever managed to enter that site...
and i've heard lots of others complain about problems with it..
so it's not just you having problems..

The numbers on the voucher won't give you access to the site, you have to have an activated ticket. But many times you will have trouble with that also.

That's not true.

I just accessed it with my voucher.

Then they must have finally fixed whatewver the problem was. I was never able to get in with a voucher even for a renewal.

I couldn't get into the AP site for the longest time. Then, one day, I just tried putting my last name in all capital letters. Voila, finally worked! Wierd, huh?

When I 1st got the exchange certificates I could not access it and I called ms and was told only an activated ap can be used. this year I kept on using my expired pass to enter the site with no problems. Now I have my new pass and I will try that. Good luck it is a very tempermental site!!!
