I purchased our AP's on the phone with the DVC CM's and got my confirmation #.. I thought he said I could only redeem this at the entrance to Epcot. Does anyone have any experience with this?

You can redeem your "Will Call" option at any Guest Relations booth. They are located at all of the major parks and at Downtown Disney. You'll need to show your DVC member card as well as a photo ID to pick up your DVC-discounted pass.

There's also a Guest Relations booth at the "back entrance" of Epcot. Whenever you redeem the vouchers, that's the start date for the AP's --- not the first day you actually enter a park.
