annual pass question

We are staying for 12 days this summer, and love the water parks as well as the major parks. If I'm reading everything correctly, with DVC i can buy a premium annual pass for $454. Even from the discount sites that's cheaper than the 10 day no expiration myw water parks and more, right? I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. So, where do I go to buy them if I want to handle as much as possible before check in? What's the easiest and/or quickest way to do this. Thanks.

I called MS and ordered my 2 APs. You can only buy them for people in your immediate family that live in your house. (I was told my DD who will have just turned 18 when we go in August will need to provide PROOF that she lives with us!). They were paid for by credit card and I received "vouchers" in the mail about a week later. I was told we bring the vouchers to guest services desk at any park and they will be traded in for the actual AP (the year starts from the day you first use them, not from when you make the purchase so it was worth it for me to buy early).
