Chris, from everything I've read you can only pick up DDE at the Guest services in the front of Epcot....the one to the right of the entrance over toward the bus stop. You can't order it until you have a voucher or AP in hand and the DDE office is only open weekdays. Read through a bit more of this thread for more info on that.

But you can pick up will call Aps, exchange AP vouchers or buy other tickets at the IG.

Thank you for the directions. MS told me they will confrence call in the DDE people in order for them to get the DDE ordered prior to my next trip.

No, but you can go to Guest Services at any park or DTD to buy your APs. But remember it will be activated upon purchase at GS.

If buying it at GS most will be using it then and there.

Not at DTD. I added the caution because I've read on the DIS that many DVCers like to pick up their APs there. It is convenient to OKW/SSR of course but one must take in to account the fact that the clock starts on the APs immediately.

How long does it take to get the passes in the mail?

Where at DTD is guest services?
