Annual Pass - Need Help

So I am in the process of adding my fiancé to my DVC membership so she can take advantage of the annual pass discount with me. We already bought the Gold Pass online and paid for it and have a trip planned next week arriving May 16th.

The title company today told me they most likely won't have everything done by then. If I can get the deed signed and recorded by the 16th, but don't have the time to notify Disney to update her name in the system, will she be able to pick up her annual pass if I bring a copy of the recorded deed with me?

Just trying to figure out any possible way for this to work or if anyone was ever in this situation. TIA

What do your IDs say? Do you have the same address? If so they likely will let her get the gold AP.

She doesn't need to be on the deed if she resides with you and her id shows your address.
