Annual Pass Memory Maker and linked family& friends

I have an AP with Memory Maker and have linked my brother's family to our MDE account. My brother will be arriving at Disney a few days before us. Will the photopass pictures they take prior to my arrival be viewable in my account?

Yes.

Everyone linked to each other family and friends list will see everyone's photos regardless if the other people are at Disney with them or not. But only the AP holder(s) will have the option to download the pictures for free

You as the AP holder would also need to be the one to do all the edits. Edits don't carry over to family/friends.
