If we already have our annual passes linked in our MDE and picked our FP+ do we have to go to do the exchange before entering a park? (ordered and paid online)

Do we just need to do it if we want the ticket to get discounts etc?

Lastly, DD is going with another family in June. Does she link her AP in their account? Anyone have problems with their passes in more than one account?

Thanks!
Trish

You need to activate your passes before you can enter a park. If you have a printed confirmation (the print at home option, I believe) they can do it right at the gate. Otherwise, you need to go to a ticket window and/or Guest Relations outside the park before entering.

Be sure to pickup your discount/parking card.

If you are a DVC member, you will need to show your member card. They will also verify that all adults live at the same address and are eligible for the member discount.

You can also active the AP at the Guest Relations Office at Downtown Disney.

In the past when we've arrived later in the day, we found it easier to head to DTD to activate our passes.
