Hi there :) We are booking a trip for next February in a couple months and we were considering getting my oldest daughter an Annual Pass because she will be going with us in early February and her dad in October. Even though she is a child, will her Annual Pass still get us free parking at the parks each day? :scratchin Just curious since we are wanting to cut all costs possible.

Since there is no separate child's AP price I would think that the benefits would be the same. I'd try asking on the Theme Parks board, though. You're more likely to catch Cheshire Figment's eye and get an answer straight from official policy that way.

Yep. There have been several times when I showed the parking attendant DD's AP instead of mine.

I just looked for my dd's ap, but it's not in my purse, but I'm 90% sure it says "free parking" on it. I didn't have my ap when we went last time, so I used hers at the gate. Since you have to show id for parking, they asked me her birthday as "proof" and let us in.

If I find it before someone gives a more official answer, I'll post back later.

As long as the annual pass holder is in the vehicle, you get the free parking discount.

Starting a few months ago, they've been having AP holders show their driver's license along with their APs for free parking. I don't know if you can get free parking if the AP holder doesn't have a license.

I live nearby this time of the year and about 80% of the time they ask for a photo ID lately. So much so that I automatically show the AP and ID now.

Another local here chiming in to say that I'm not sure. Since they've been asking for ID along with your AP, I'm not sure if it will work or not. Next time we go I'll give them one of the kids' passes and find out. But that isn't going to help you now. Maybe someone else will have a definite answer for you.

We just went in yesterday with my Daughter's Annual Pass for parking.

Her name is not on the Pass. It does say "Parking 2013-2014" on it.
