Annual pass expiry question

just a quick question. If we started using our annual pass on the 13th August 2016 is our last day the 12th August 2017 or the 13th August 2017.

Is it valid for a year and a day?

IIRC it's 365 days

It used to be start on 13th end on 13th but not had one for about 6 years now so can't confirm.

Yes, it would start and end on the 13th. We had this very issue in October
