annual pass discounts

Does anyone know if there are any annual pass disounts for Feb. 2004??
I just checked the rates on Expedia (rack rates) and for a pool view room at the AKL they want $310!!! We went in June 2003 and paid $190 per night for the same room!!

There are currently no AP rates for any time during 2004 yet. They will probably be announced sometime in December if they are going to happen.
