Annual Pass assignment

Is an annual pass assigned to a person when purchased? Would I be able to give to DD if I don’t use it?

It's assigned upon purchase and I believe non-transferable, even if you haven't used it yet. If you purchase in full, Guest Services MIGHT be able to help you, but if you purchase it using Flex-Pay, the contract 100% cannot be changed in any way once you've signed it, which happens at purchase.
