Hubby has decided that we need to get annual passes since we will be in Disney for 12 days. After reading the paperwork he is confused when they say they do not include parking? We are staying at the Dolphin will this give us free parking in the parks? Would we be better off buying Hopper Passes as they include parking? How much is parking?? ::MickeyMo This is so confusing!! YIKES:crazy2: Thank you in advance for the info.

Last year, we had annual and parking was free.

You do not need to buy an annual pass to get free parking at the theme parks. Anyone who stays at an on site resort (which includes the Swan & Dolphin Hotels) gets free parking at the theme parks. Self parking is free at the WDW resort hotels. (Valet parking is not).

If you plan to be in one of the major parks for 8 or more days, the annual pass is more economical than the hopper passes. An annual pass includes admission to only the major theme parks. If you plan to visit the waterparks, Pleasure Island after 7 p.m., Disney Quest or the WWOS complex, you will want to consider a Premium Annual Pass (which includes those options). Depending on how many times you plan to visit one of those options, it may be less expensive to pay separately for visits to those options and get an annual pass for the major parks. You'll have to do the math for yourself. :teeth:

Here's a link to other discounts that are associated with annual & premium annual passes through the rest of the year. These discounts expire at the end of 2003 and a new set (which may or may not be the same) will take effect in January. The free parking perk is not likely to change, though.

WDW Discounts

Parking is absolutely included! We've saved over $100 on parking just since March with ours. My pass is still in date, so unless they've changed things since March, parking IS included.

Another thing to remember is that all purchases from World of Disney at DTD are 10% off, and there are various restaurant discounts, mainly for lunch though.

Those are the benefits we use the most, especially the DTD discount!
