Annual dues question?

We are new to this but i have an important question. Both my kids have been in the hospital the past 2 weeks and my dues money had to go towards dr bills and it comes out tomorrow can i change the payment date for 11th just for this month?

You need to call to Member Services and talk with them. They can probably work something out for you, but you need to see what they say.

For anything dues related, they really need to speak with Member Accounting which is only open on weekdays.

Can’t you ask the hospital to send you a bill? That should take some time, plus you generally have 30 days on that.

Hope your kids are okay and make a speedy recovery. I work on the IT side of billing for a health system, and generally they send you a statement 28 days after discharge date, and then they will give you at least 90 days to pay, even longer if balance is large and payment plans are available. Most non-profit health systems have generous financial aid available too. Where I live, if you make less than 100k a year, you can still qualify for financial aid. Hope this helps.
