Annual Dues Query

Has anybody else had a huge increase in annual dues this year?
Our dues last year totalled $707.00, this year they have jumped to over $900.
That's an increase of about 30%.
Have I not accounted for something?

That does seem like a very large increase I'd think querying this could be worthwhile.

I own at 3 resorts and my dues went up from $1373 to $1531 which is an increase of around 11.5% by my reckoning.

Just a thought, you didn't do an add-on last year which you've forgotten about?
