Annual Dues Cost

I'm trying to put together a spreadsheet of our projected cost for buying into DVC (DH is ALMOST convinced). Can anyone tell me the annual dues rate for each resort?

Can't vouch for their accuracy, but this was on in the FAQ of one of the resale sites:

What are the maintenance fees at each resort?
Annual dues, per point, for 2005 at each resort are as follows:

Saratoga Springs $3.82
Old Key West - $3.86
Hilton Head - $4.03
Beach Club Villas - $4.26
Wilderness Lodge - $4.35
Boardwalk Villas - $4.41
Vero Beach - $4.86

Hope that helps. DW and I are also in the researching DVC phase, after returning from a week at WDW last week; these forums have been invaluable.
