Annua; Passholder rate-wheelchair accessible room

Since all annual passholder rate rooms have to be booked on line now, how do you book a wheelchair accessible room which usually has to go thru special services? Can you do any of it by phone?

You book your room online, then call special services with the confirmation number and they will block the room for you.
