I sold an Apple keyboard on Vinted for £40, a fair price. I was assured of being paid within 4 days of my buyer receiving the parcel. This they did on Monday. But no money. Now I'm told by the admins that because I chose to use a faster courier than the cheap service they lay on, their hands are tied. So I'm basically out of pocket with no money and no keyboard. I was hoping to refund the pending money the buyer had paid and get them to fund me properly via PayPal, but he has gone dark and refuses to reply to my messages. And no help from Vinted.

I've never sold through Vinted, but I would certainly never send a package before I was paid.
