Anniversary Ideas

When we go to Disney World in September it will be our wedding anniversary. I need help with ideas on how to make it special in Disney. I thought of a cake but being on the dining plan I figured we would all be tired of dessert. We invited his mother and sister to join us since it is our 3 year old's first trip. I am trying to think of something that wouldn't make his Mom or sister feel uncomfortable since we are sharing a room. Any ideas? That day we will be at the Animal Kingdom and have ADR for Yak & Yeti. I'm sure his Mom woudn't mind watching our daughter for us so we can do something alone if anyone has ideas on what.

Did you let Disney Dining know it was your anniversary when you booked Yak & Yeti? They have been known to bring special desserts or drinks to anniversary tables. Don't forget to pick up your anniversary pins when you go to the Animal Kingdom. They are at guest relations if I remember other posters correctly. We will be at Disney in September celebrating our anniversary also. We are eating breakfast at O'Hanas and supper at Teppan Edo with our two young sons.

Maybe you can ask your family to watch your child for a little while and just take a quiet leisurely stroll through some of the beautiful gardens and trails at the Animal Kingdom. I know we seldom have a chance to take quiet or leisurely strolls with two young boys.

You can contact Disney Florist and have your room decorated or at least have flowers sent if you'd like.

I am having the disney florist send up a bottle of wine and snacks on our anniversary, I thought this would be best seeing that we have an 8 and 11 year old with us lol Oh definitly let the staff at Yak and YEti know its your anniversary, the restaurant is really good you both will have a great time.
