Anniversary gift for my secret sister?

I need an idea for a gift to give to my secret sister. Her wedding anniversary is soon. Ive not done secret sister before and we just got our assignments for the year. Instructions are to give a gift at least monthly. We have a bit of info, like birthday, anniversary, favorite candy, favorite color, hobbies, and such.

I have ideas for gifts to her alone, but what to give to her and her husband? Need to keep it inexpensive, plus this is for church, so needs to be G rated.

OP - I’ve done Secret Sister before so I understand what you’re going for. Either of these would be great (and pretty extravagant for an SS gift) or maybe a small bouquet of flowers delivered to their home on the day.

There are those but I think what the OP is referring to is a type of secret santa, we did that at church years ago. Instead of just being a secret santa, you were that person's secret sister for an entire year, writing notes of encouragement, small gifts, etc. I only participated once because I got the shaft and got nothing all year, even though I was always doing things for my "sister". It was such a letdown going into the foyer part of the ladies restroom where all the little gifts would be, but nary a one for me!

I think a personalized ornament with their names and wedding date would be perfect.

Reading your post - you have to give small gifts each month for a year and they have to be relatively inexpensive. I think an ornament would be the perfect gift.

Nope. What the OP is talking about is something that's a very common activity in churches and is organized by the ladies' ministries. It's not a scam in any way, shape or form. Unless of course you consider the risk of not getting gifts as nice as the ones you give as being a scam.

How would I have known that? The only other time I've heard "secret sister" mentioned is in context of the vlogbrothers having other YouTubers do videos for them. Well that and actual secret siblings on soap operas.
