Anniversary at WDW

Just realised that next year we'll be enjoying our first trip to WDW when we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.

It would obvioulsy be nice to do something together but as we'll have our children with us and our hotel doesn't have a care club, not sure what my options are. I'm very uneasy about hiring a babysitting service, even one which is highly recommended.

We have DDP so can anyone suggest a place to eat which would be anniversary appropriate but also child friendly (and preferably serve some yummy cocktails )?

My first wife and I spent our honeymoon night at Disney.

The good thing about Disney is most places are kid-friendly. Wolfgang Puck Cafe would be a good option. It is a nice restaurant but still child friendly.

Kona Cafe would also be another nice option. We had a lovely meal there in August

When we were last there for our anniversary (20th) we knew that it would be difficult to find somewhere that would suit everyone, yet still give my DW and I a romantic night to remember.
What we ended up doing was going to the Whispering Canyon Cafe so that the kids could get all the whooping, hollering and pent up energy out of their systems, then heading down to the pier where we had booked a Wishes cruise and arranged for it to pick us up at Wilderness Lodge. We also had a cake made especially for us by one of the Disney bakers

Would one of the fireworks cruises be something you could all do but special?

You can use the kids clubs at any of the resorts. They are for children 4-12 years old.

They are at GF, Poly, WL, BC & AKL.

We plan on putting DD in for a night next year as she will be 4 and having a meal out on our own

Alternatively any of the signature restaurants would make for a nice dinner. DD as been with us to Cali grill and yachtsman. We saw children at Narcoossees too.

Can we really use any of the clubs? Might be worth checking out the restaurants in the hotels which run the evening events for children.

Forgot to add that DH is gluten free, Does that change anyone's recommendation? Also, he is very much a "steak and chips" kind of man, not so much with the fusion-Asian...

Can I be cheeky and ask how much the fireworks boat thing is?
