"Due to demand they have removed the fast pass for Anna and Elsa is my understanding . it will not let you book one for any time over the coming week."

I saw that too, and it sounds more like that person was seeing the "standby only" option when trying to book fast passes, indicating the fast passes were already gone, not that they were never an option. Others have said their fast passes have worked just fine.

Inside The Magic just posted on FB that their A&E FP+ for 10 this morning turned into a Cinderella FP+. They'd taken a screen shot for just this reason, like we all do, but the CMs won't take it saying they could have doctored the image. Not a good glitch for the 1st day!

I saw that too. His FP+ disappeared as the window opened up and changed to Rapunzel/Cinderella. It sounds like Disney handled poorly. You don't accuse the guest of manipulation when your system doesn't work.

Oh my, I was hoping that was just a single glitch of some sort one person had. I can't even imagine how badly that would go for the people manning the lines. Hopefully they are just taking everyone's word for it.

They aren't. They implied to at least one person that he had doctored the FP+ and would not let him in.

I have really tried to patient and supportive of the whole MDE/FP+/MB situation but there really is no excuse for this sort of glitch at this point! I would be pretty upset if they didn't honor my legitimate FP...and I rarely get upset!

I can not even begin to say how mad I would be if this happened to me. Guest Relations would have a field day with me and my sobbing mess.

Wow. Poor Ricky. WDW really and truly dropped the ball (that they barely had their hands on to begin with). They just can't seem to get their act together. I'm surprised they would pick a busy day like Easter to premiere this Meet anyway.

Another epic MDE fail. No surprise here.

I have a 9-10am FP for Anna/Elsa in late May. I just did a screen shot, I never thought of doing that. Never imagined it could just disappear or be changed.

I am aware they are not accepting it, but it is better than nothing. I guess they are thinking people could book a FP+ (for anything), screen shot it, and then book a different one. BUT! No one would screw around with an Ann/Elsa FP+, IMHO!!

Oh no!!!! That is terrible for those folks who lost their FP! I just checked MDE to make sure ours were still there for the week of May 2nd and so far, they are. If they botched this FP then it doesn't hold well for SDMT! It's not a surprise how popular they are, it's been this way for months in Epcot. What did they think, switching parks would change that? It's supposed to make it better!

Anna. Elsa. Princess Fairytale Hall. Success. 2.5 hours after my FP + booking. As I was leaving the park, I got a phone call from WDW guest relations saying their IT staff investigated the issue and found the glitch that made my reservation disappear. So they set me up with a new one. Crisis averted. For me at least. Your mileage may vary. Full story to come.

Would a paper printout be better have going forward if heaven forbid this happens to folks again? If I was going I would print it out, have the screen shot and anything else I could think of!!

WOW That is all I can say about all this mess going on today. The PP is right, when the mine train opens how are they going to handle those FP+. That is going to be just as busy as A and E if not worse. Oh boy, my May trip is getting a little more stressful now.

It would takes a lot for me to go to GS and complain about something, but not honoring something that was booked 60 days in advance and then when I get there you tell me I am out of luck. Nope, that would not sit well with me at all.

I'm not as concerned about SDMT. The capacity is so much higher. They can get through so many more people per hour, and the ride will be open the entire day, not from 9:00 to 5:00. I'm sure it will be bad, but I don't think it will be as bad as A&E.

They are a media group though. I bet IT isn't calling everyone with a lost FP. There needs o be some responsibility on their end fr ths screw up.
