Anna & Elsa Standby times?

Would a paper printout be better have going forward if heaven forbid this happens to folks again? If I was going I would print it out, have the screen shot and anything else I could think of!!

I don't think it is a bad idea on my disney exprience to click on the my itenaray button, that has all the dining and fast passes and it has a "print" link to just print it all out at once. It doens't break down the fast passes for who has each one, but it shows them and the time. It can't be a bad idea to just print that out before you go.

They are a media group though. I bet IT isn't calling everyone with a lost FP. There needs o be some responsibility on their end fr ths screw up.

I was thinking the same thing. If they didn't have such a wide audience, IT wouldn't have called. That's certainly not something the average parkgoer can expect.

I'd love to know how many of these FP+ got changed. And if it was an unintentional glitch, then that needs to be communicated to the CMs manning the line so they don't continue to accuse guests of manipulating screen shots and lying about having fastpasses.

Here's an update from Inside The Magic:

Anna. Elsa. Princess Fairytale Hall. Success. 2.5 hours after my FP + booking. As I was leaving the park, I got a phone call from WDW guest relations saying their IT staff investigated the issue and found the glitch that made my reservation disappear. So they set me up with a new one. Crisis averted. For me at least. Your mileage may vary. Full story to come.

Do Anna and Elsa appear during morning EMH ? I can't book my fp till 30 days out ( SOG guest) but we'll be able to take advantage of the EMH . Any chance of a shorter wait if we run right there ( June 19th )

. ---- We were in MK emh this morning. We passed A&E @ 8:30 and posted wait time was 180 minutes. Our FP+ time for A&E was 10:20. We arrived at 10:25. At the time, posted wait was still 180 minutes. We walked right in with FP+ Nobody in front of us. We waiting at second Mickey reader less than a minute.

We have friends traveling a few weeks after us in June and at midnight, all the FP+ were already gone for their whole week! We got lucky, but they weren't able to get one. They are still watching though.

But hope someone can answer... I also have one FP+ for A&E. Is the reason why everyone in your party has to have a FP+ because it takes more time for larger groups to get through visiting with the princesses? I am thinking one person or one family if you are just taking a picture is about the same amount of time. Am I way off here?

I think the reason is simple, to prevent abuse. The characters and handlers at the end of the queue have no idea who had FP or not when they entered the queue.

Glad that the glitch was fixed. I panicked a minute, thinking ours wouldn't be counted valid on Saturday. Got my screenshot, which is better than nothing, I suppose. Also glad to hear that the wait time for FP+ seemed short. THAT is awesome!!!

Sigh. Our booking window is Tuesday, well, 9pm tomorrow for me. I am dreading this will be the case and have no idea what I'll do if it is. That is all my 4yo wants to do, only thing she talks about (and I never mentioned it!), and I totally fear being locked out.

My kids are obsessed with Frozen and my son would love to meet Anna (daughter too young to care!). I can't get a FP+ but will not wait three hours (+). They are in the parade right? Waving might just have to be enough. I'll still try for a FP everyday until June but I haven't even mentioned meeting them!! Me are there on an AM EMH so I may try that... ??

We lost one of our A&E fast passes, my mothers, for the middle of May. It just disappeared one day. I have a screen shot of when I copied and successfully got all 3 but now it is not there. I have been discussing it with Disney but they don't see this as a problem! LOL

Also if you have 10 people it could be every sine person wants to talk take a pic etc. They have to assume that.

Inside The Magic just posted on FB that their A&E FP+ for 10 this morning turned into a Cinderella FP+. They'd taken a screen shot for just this reason, like we all do, but the CMs won't take it saying they could have doctored the image. Not a good glitch for the 1st day!

There are so many better ways in which the CM could have handled this w/o resorting to accusing the guest of doctoring the image. That's just a CM acting like a complete jackwagon. Hopefully, just an exception to the rule as far as CM are concerned.

Once I pulled a paper fastpass there was zero chance it would just disappear.

Not everything that is high tech is always better.

What a terrible experience for these guests.

Ricky's video of the M&G was interesting. The Anna is quite good, but the Elsa seemed a bit off. She may have to work on her "Elsa" a bit more to find the right beat.
