If we get a fastpass for the Anna & Elsa meet and greet, are we still going to be in for a long wait? 5-10 minutes, 20, more? Can someone give me an idea?

We had FPs waited about 5 minutes when we saw them about a month ago.

Most reports are 20 or less, often much less. There are rare outliers of more than 30 minutes, including by one Len Testa, but I don't remember his particular circumstances and am willing to go on record to say his experience was atypical.
