So, I logged onto MDE at 12:00EST and by 12:05EST I had searched our dates and there were no Anna/Esla fastpasses to be found. This and 7 dwarfs is on my 6yo's must do list.

Any suggestions how to get a FP for this? Do they release more at 30 days? Do I just have to check back every day? Or is it no hope, and we should just be there at rope drop?

Also, do the characters meet/greet during MNSSHP like they do during the normal park hours and can you get FP during those times?

Thanks for the help!

1. Do I just have to check back every day?

2. Or is it no hope,

3. and we should just be there at rope drop?

Also,

4. do the characters meet/greet during MNSSHP like they do during the normal park hours and

5. can you get FP during those times?

Thanks for the help!

1. Yes.
2. You never know. Try booking just one or two at a time.
3. That's the alternative.
4. They do meet, although "just like normal hours" may not be the best description.
5. Nope.

The trick seems to be adding one fastpass at a time and try and get overlapping times. I would check at 12:00 a.m. and again around 6:00 a.m. when I think everything re-opens. Good luck!! :goodvibes

There was a thread yesterday similar to the ADR cancellation thread for FP+. It actually hasn't gotten much attention. However, I was successful in coordinating with another Dis'er who was cancelling a FP and I was able to get it.

Before that, I wasn't able to get 4 overlapping for our family despite trying all the different tips on here for a few days.

Good luck!

I, also, was on at 12am trying to get a fastpass for Anna & Elsa with no luck. I tried to get one for all 3 of us, but in my sleepy fog (and being a newbie), I didn't try again for 2 or just one at a time.

My question is, I have 2 fastpasses for MK now (Enchanted Tales with Belle and Peter Pan). I left one open to finish at a normal hour or maybe possibly come across one for A&E before our trip. When I go back in today to add one, after I select the party, it says it will cancel the two we already have. If I go through with it, will it really cancel the two we have? Or will it let me search to add one more?

Hopefully that makes sense ...

It wont cancel any existing ones unless you select new ones and hit 'confirm' - if you dont find the remaining one you want, just back out of it and try again a different day if you're waiting for something specific like A&E

Thanks! Anytime it warns me about cancelling and asks me to confirm things, I get nervous!

First time I did it, I was nervous too and hesitated quite a while before hitting the ok button. :rotfl2:

I just wanted to give you some hope that with some persistence and luck you can get the passes you want. We didn't even get our tickets until last week and we leave next week. I wanted to pull my hair out just trying to work the new system the first day. I managed to get random A&E FP+ and 7DMT but got very frustrated with the one at a time system because I couldn't do it with my 3yr old. I called and had 1 A&E put in my oldest DD's name and another 1 I booked under DH in my 3yr DD's name so at least the girls could go. Then I lucked out and a few days later grabbed one for myself and just yesterday at 2 different times added DS and DH. Their slots overlap with us girls.

It was actually easier to get 7DMT but I started with my older 2 and then later found overlapping times for the rest of the able to ride family.

It is definitely possible and I do not think there is any consistency to what time to check because it is whenever some other random person around the globe decides to cancel. I left the WDW window up on another tab and would just check whenever I walked by or happened to be on the computer for another reason.

Good luck! Hopefully someone can work with you on the other thread too.

My experience is that it is hard to predict your plans for 60 days in advance, so there are constant changes happening. We have been able to get all the fast passes that we want by just checking on a regular basis. For example, I got Anna and Elsa only two days in advance and the 7DMT several times a day or two in advance.

It is easier to break up into groups of two or three.
