Anna and Elsa - Will They Last??

Hey Friends, I just have a few questions re: Anna and Elsa's engagement at Disney World/Epcot. Q1: How long will they stay? My trip is over a year out and the Frozen fanatics coming with us (myself included) need to meet these two amazing sisters. But, Anna and Elsa's appearence dates were limited to begin with. Is there any chance that the two will still be there come April of next year? And, this kinda ties in - will they be coronated/join the Royal Court, or is this just a rumor? I feel like that kinda guarantees they'll stick around awhile longer, but so far, all I've read is just chatter.

Who knows what the Disney powers-that-be will decide, but considering that Merida is still at Magic Kingdom and her movie was nowhere near the phenomenon that "Frozen" is, I can't believe A & E won't be sticking around for quite a while.

Likely for years & years & years. While their physical location may move, they'll be available somewhere.

All new characters open with limited dates (Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, Wreck-it-Ralph)... this was the first time I saw Disney post their 'end date' which I think freaked out the on-line community. It was never expected for them to leave.

Yes - they'll eventually be coranated. The last couple (Rapunzel/Merida) happened nearly a year after their movies came out so I wouldn't expect anything until next fall. Some think it'll happen after the Castle is covered in 'ice' for the holidays (if they choose to do the celebration at WDW).

Merida and Rapunzel had their coronations about 11 months after their movies came out. I have no doubt Anna and Elsa will follow suit. They will be around, hopefully in additional locations too!

Some think it'll happen after the Castle is covered in 'ice' for the holidays (if they choose to do the celebration at WDW).

That makes complete sense! They should incorporate Elsa into the lighting ceremony every night. She could have a battle with the Fairy Godmother to see who can turn it to ice faster!
