I also don't think TP's predictions when it comes to character M&Gs are all that great. It's been a weak area of theirs in the past.

I was there April 30-May 6 and at MK 4 of those mornings and A&E standby said 240 at 2:00 on April 30 (I took a pic). That day people could still run down Main Street at opening, then after that we were escorted & like 90% of the crowd went straight to the castle. Other days I saw between 140-300 for wait times around late morning to early afternoon. I don't know right at opening what it was as we didn't go there.

On Sunday I spoke to a family who arrived at MK at 8:00 to wait for Rope Drop. They were walked down main street and all to get in line. From the time they were 'officially' in line at PFTH they had a 30 minute wait.

On Saturday morning around 10am the time posted was 155 minutes.

On Sunday morning, it was 300 minutes at 10am.

FP+ return was a literal walk-on both mornings.

ugh, this is killing me. We couldn't get a fast pass and I know it is going to be a major draw for my girls. I don't know what to do for best strategy so anyone with a great suggestion, I am open! Willing to explore black market fast passes at this point
