Anna and Elsa at Ariel's Grotto?

Anyone seen A&E at Ariel's Character meal yet?

When I made reservations the lady laughed and said no way they would be there. But there was a thread a while back claiming they were told they would be appearing starting late August.

Anyone have any info?

If A&E had started appearing at Ariel's Grotto in August, I think it would have been posted here on the Disboards within a few days (at most). Aside from the thread you mentioned, there haven't been any other rumors about A&E showing up at Ariel's Grotto.

I think that's average, no? When we did it last Nov (3:50pm seating), it was Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, Belle & Aurora.

Interesting. I have one of the last lunch seatings ( my toddler needs to be eating dinner right at five because he wakes up at 5am everyday) and was told by CM's and multiple other guests that we should expect only two princesses because we are at the latter end.

We've been plenty of times at the end of meals and we've always seen Ariel plus 4 of her friends. The best was the time we saw Mulan and Pocahontas, we were sooooooooo excited! lol The kids and me....haha

We have a 1115?booked for next month. If we saw that many princesses at once my daughter (almost 3yo) would. flip. out.

We were there on Friday. Anna and Elsa weren't there. We saw Ariel, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora and Rapunzel.

@ImSoExcited and @pixiewings71 how did the 4:30 go? Were there 4 princesses? Also did you feel you had enough time or was it rushed at the end? They told me at reservations that you wait for 1/2 hour before actually getting seated and then they start to close up shortly after 5. What was your experience? Would you stay for 2 hours or was 1 sufficient? Do the princesses only come around once or revisit your table? Thanks!

Hmmm... we were going to do a 5pm sitting for our DD's birthday 'dinner' but maybe we'll re-think and go slightly earlier. We eat fast, but hate being rushed and the whole point is to see as many princesses as we can while sitting down

I remember that thread. I was really hoping it was true as we had made reservation there for November. But it wasn't to be. No matter now. It's sooooo much easier to see the sisters since they moved to DCA. I was able to get a FP to see them at like 5pm on a Thursday. I was shocked.

There was that rumor a while ago, but that was also before the Animation Building meet and greet was announced.

That being said, Generally you'll see Ariel and 4 of her friends. While the standard lineup used to be Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, and Aurora, I've seen a lot of pictures coming out of that location with Tiana and Rapunzel in there (substituting for someone else of course). So it's still just 4, but there's a bit more variety as to who those 4 could be.

That's about what I assumed was average. We went the beginning of this month for the first sitting and saw Ariel, Cinderella, Mulan, Tiana and Belle.

I highly doubt that will happen any time soon. I walked into the Animation Academy building in DCA to o relax from the heat in the Turtle Talk event and it was jam packed with people waiting to meet Anna and Elsa. They're still even doing a FastPass system for them. Until the hype dies down, they won't be going anywhere else
