Ann Taylor Loft's Return Policy

Does anyone know how lenient they are? I bought a pair of pants yesterday that I'm second guessing but I already tore the tags off.

As long as you have the tags and the garment doesn't look worn then I would assume they'd take it back. Ann Taylor Loft is my favorite store and I don't ever remember having any problems returning things to them, although I don't believe i've done so w/o tags, but since you still do have the tags and it was only bought yesterday I would imagine they'd take it back.

ATL is my favorite also! I have taken things back with the tag (not attached to the garment) and the receipt. I've never had any problems.

Although, I don't like that they are now charging you shipping when you get an item from another store. That was the pitch of having their credit card, you can order from any store and no shipping. Not any more!

I have also returned things missing the tag and it wasn't an issue.

And now yesterday I just bought everything else!!
