Are you asking about Kilimanjaro Safari possibly?

If you are looking for a different tour they are listed in this link but unfortunately very few are operating right now.

Animal Kingdom is a huge park with several lands, just like all the other parks, thus you cannot book a drive through the park.

You can hire one of the VIP tours where a Disney guide walks with you through the park, and gets you into the rides without waiting in line. They are pretty expensive- you can google WDW VIP tours for info.

The land of Africa in Animal Kingdom has an attraction called Kilamajaro Safari, in which you are in a safari truck and are taken on a Safari through different areas of Africa to see the animals living there. It is like driving through a huge outdoor zoo where the animals freely roam and are not in cages. It's about 20 min ,long,
You don't book it, it is a regular attraction that you wait in line for.

AK used to have a few different safari tours that you could pay for but I don't know if they are doing that post-covid.
