Has anybody done this? I am planning on doing rope drop and riding the high priority fpp first (Kilimanjaro Safari, Kali River Rapids, Everest, and Dinosaur) first. I would like to save my fpp for MK later that night. Would this work? We are going the week of June 7th.

We never use FP at AK. We go on an EMH morning and hit the safari first thing, then we do Everest and Dinosaur with low waits. We're always done with everything we want by lunch time when it starts getting busier.

same here..save your FP for another park. You can do AK without them if you do RD.

Thanks so much. That's what I'll do. RD AK and save fpp for MK later that night.

We did use FP for AK but didn't need to. Kilimanjaro Safaris had a 10 minute wait when we went to use our FP at 10am. We rode Everest five times, once with a FP and the longest we waited was 10 minutes. Our last FP was for Dinosaur which, again, wasn't necessary though this actually had the longest SB wait (but was still only 20 minutes and that was the middle of the day). I definitely think it can be done!

If you do AM EMH at AK consider saving the Safari for the end of EMH. It's a long ride and will take up much of that low-crowd period. Instead ride EE or other EMH attractions and hit the Safari about 10 minutes before EMH ends. By then, those at EMH that think they need to ride it first will have ridden it, but you'll still be ahead of those that must wait for regular opening.

That is a great tip! Thanks for sharing

We are doing that too. In fact, there are several days we are saving our FPs for MK evenings during our upcoming trip.
