I also have a court set up for Sumo wrestling. This is a 4x4 square with pitfalls buried all around the outside edges. If you can push your opponent into a pitfall, you win.

I might have some other games as well, maybe a flower stomping contest, a lumberjack race. Any other ideas?

Ian's been working really hard on this so it's going to be a lot of fun. Instead of our "Normal" Gusitown, he's hacked a special version of Gusitown with a new layout and design. You know, the one I came home to and was shocked!?!?! Yep - that one! He's been planning this for a while, so come have fun. We can also do this on a regular basis if folks are interested!

BTW - it occurred to me, in discussion with a couple folks, that since a lot of folks are feeling that their town is requiring too much work and are hesitant to come back to the game because of it, we could do something...

WORK PARTIES!!!!

How fun would it be to have work parties where we help each other clean up weeds, harvest all the fruit, water flowers, grow grass, etc! With Wii speak - how fun would that be!

Anyone out there need help and want to host one? I know Don and Nicole were fearing going back.... How about others?

I think its a fantastic idea!!! Plus we said we would help you with your flowers a couple weeks ago, so we would love to help out!! When we get home and everything all situated Matt and I are in!!! Especially since we have gotten so much help with wishes!!

By the way, I went into town and found MY room in the Happy Room Academy!!! It's the Sweets room, just wondering if any of you guys have my room as your featured room in the game.

No need for different codes. I recommend coming without equipment. You will want to be able to switch very quickly between shovels and axes which will be provided.

Anyone coming to my town for Halloweeen: wear an old outfit that you don't care about losing and don't carry anything in your pocket you can't bear to lose!! Don't give the animals your candy and DON'T TALK TO THEM!!!!

Reminder for everyone - Orchard Wars starts at 3pm EST/12 PST today!!!! Be there or be square. We will play into the evening with breaks to reset the town. We'll keep the thread open, so if you are trying to get in and can't because the town is full, post here or PM me or Conolan and we'll make sure you will have a turn at the fun!

Halloween was fun last night! Thanks Jan!

OH my gosh...was Halloween fun. I was going to time travel up a day and play Easter and instead I played Halloween. Thanks Jan for the party. I will say this Jack, was a pain after a while. Before the real 2009 Halloween comes we need to figure out how to put a tracer on him.... (Everytime you find Jack and after you have finished talking to him, he disappears and you have to run all over town looking for him).
