Carry your axe. Stand in front of the town (not city) fountain and if I remember correctly hit the A button (someone please correct me if I am mistaken). The axe basically throws itself into the fountain.

Hi everyone!
Well we are here live at BWV and I have to say we caved at the last minute...and brought AC. We called last minute like really last minute....7 hours before we left to drive down...and were able to get a 1BR at Boardwalk so not only did we bring the laptop, we brought the Wii. Everything is great. Matt picked a couple of weeds and saw some new flowers grew including....a new Jacobs Ladder!!!

So thought I would check in with everyone while we enjoy some down time b back at the room. Our drive down was outstanding, we left Phila at 7:02pm and were at Earl of Sandwich 11:40am. We went to Epcot and walked WS yesterday afternoon and today checked out of OKW and over to BW and then hit MK at 7:30am. Got some things done, I went to Publix (when Matt called to play the AC song when it was loading!) by Gaylord Palms and we went to the pool. Now we are just waiting to go to dinner in a bit while doing some wash.

God I love it here!

Wait a second, you left from Philly? You really aren't that far from us. We've got to get together!! and you're staying at Gaylord Palms??? Looks like a beautiful place!! I'm jealous!!

I looked for an open gate this afternoon with no luck, I'll try again in an hour or so (Nancy).

Oh Nancy, it was so much fun hearing your girls giggle when Zoe and I were rolling in the bed and bumping into each other so cute!!!

We did, we live just outside of Phila near Sesame Place! We are staying at Boardwalk. I drove by Gaylord Palms on way to Publix. It does look beautiful!!!

We had fun playing with Renee and Lois last night. It was really fun to have a new face over.

It was 80 degrees yesterday - a good day to be in the yard.....

So, you get spring too? I wondered about that. We thought it was nice yesterday too, but it was pushing 60. And we start to plant seeds and stuff too. Today it's raining and tomorrow they're saying we might get some snow showers in the evening! Go figure! Jan had snow too, so I guess this might be winter's last gasp.

My AC concentration lately is I'm determined to have grass by the time it snows so I am planting flowers and watering. Boy, the watering takes at least a half an hour. Then figuring out where to plant my new flowers, and move my "old" flowers over a bit so the grass can catch up to them. And of course the occasional oops, I dug up a flower thing still occurs! I got a black tulip! Never did get another black rose after my oops accident with our first (and only) one.

Yes, I enjoyed playing with Renee too, and knowing her kids were there made it fun.

Hello everyone!! We came back to our room for a little rest and guess what??? We were able to donate our 1,000,000 bells!!! So hopefully we get the notice tomorrow about our lighthouse!! Then we will always have a Walt Disney World souvineer in our town!!! That will be the Yacht & Beach Club lighthouse!!!

Hope all is well. Hopefully we should be hearing something soon about our golden watering can in the next couple days too!!!

Thanks for playing with us last night! My kids were literally bouncing around with excitment! Now my daughter is hooked- she's looking forward to tonight, Lois. But hey, isn't American Idol on at 8:00? I make no apologies for my reality tv addiction, but Maddy will kill me now if we don't play So, we will be there!

I apologize for the point-and-clicking. Aargghh! So frustrating! It seemed like I was coming across as a dolt or that I was using caveman-speak, but I was trying to keep my questions/answers short so I wouldn't keep you waiting forever. Yes, we definitely will be getting a Wii Speak! The kids loved hearing everyone coming across the Wii Speak.

Oh Lois- weird thing. We saw your gate open and the kids were begging me to go on in..so we did. And you were standing there so I started saying "hello", "thanks for having me over" etc, but you weren't responding...just standing there statue-like. So, we just walked around talking to your animals until we were suddenly sent packing. We could hear noise in the background, like coughing and what sounded like machinery/power tools? Then, we went back to your town a second time and that's when you were present and accounted for. I wasn't sure if you were even aware that we'd already been there. We love the kangaroo!

Nancy- thanks again so so much for the cool flowers! Maddy was already up and on the Wii this morning at 8:30am, stressing over where we should plant them. She also wants to plant a money tree like yours, and create a "secret garden". Thanks for giving my child these ambitious Animal Crossing goals. It will keep her busy and off the streets.

My co-worker just mentioned that "Dancing with the Stars" is on tonight and I said, "isn't Idol on tonight?" and she said "no, tomorrow. it's on Tuesday nights".

Heh..I thought today was Tuesday. So, Lois, as far as I'm concerned there is nothing to watch on tv tonight so we WILL be in Buggly!

I got the SILVER fishing rod!!!! I walked into Nooks and there it was!! It does look different, just a little bit. It has 2 green rings on the handle and when I asked about it, Nook said something about having a good eye and "that's the silver fishing rod". Yeah me!!!!

Sometimes we just leave the gate open so people can visit, even if we're just around the house doing "stuff". Maybe you stopped by during one of those times. I also switch over and watch tv without logging out of AC so I wonder if I did that and also left the gate open. If the gate's open, feel free to wander around! sort of a me cusa es su casa (don't know how to spell Spanish). And don't worry about using the keyboard, we all started out that way!
Tonight is Dancing with the stars, but I don't watch it live, I record it and start watching about an hour later, I zip through the commercials and just want to see the results so I'll be on again, maybe earlier today, 7 or 7:30 (if I can claim AC before Greg does). Either way, I'll get there! Nancy's town is amazing, isn't it!!

Sooo busy with spring cleaning, renovations and my running that my AC playing has fallen to the wayside feel funny opening my gate or visiting someone's town only to leave after a few minutes. I come on for 20 minutes to water my flowers and my DF says "Why don't you get real flowers?" ... My real flowers would die because I can't keep them on March 29th forever

Yay! So it looks different, I'll have to keep an eye out for it. Does it work better or something?

I finally picked one up the other day and it was 5x points day at Nookington's too. It looks bluish and it was sitting in the spot where the timer usually is for sale.

I also managed to get a silver shovel as well after noticing the safety cones in the city were knocked over. I thought their place looked funny.

Hi Renee,
I tried to visit, but your gate wasn't open, I left mine open for a while too.
Maybe tonight! Greg told me that I must have left the gate open and went out then he came home and saw the game on and immediately saved and went on himself. You must've been there at that time and were rather unceremoniously ejected from our town (Greg apologizes, he didn't know you were there).
We don't watch American Idol but know that apparently everyone else in the world does! I got to watch The Biggest Loser and found out who got eliminated from Dancing With the Stars so I don't really need to watch it now.
