Lurking and lurking recently. I have not been on AC in days. I will have messy, bed head (inc. my clown hair) soon. I am in the last few weeks of the semester and have been so busy! As soon as I'm done though AC here I come. Looks like lots of new people to add, too.

He - He.....I had a wee play today while DS was at school.

I caught some butterflies,a sea bass,(which i gave to this funny lookin walrus guy cause he was hungry...he gave me a pattern )I changed a greetin between DS and one of his town folk( she gonnae say Hey Handsome,I cant wait to see his face ) AND i got a balloon present !!

pretty fun...think i might have to get my own little dude.

Yes, you really should! I am the only one that plays it anymore. My kids ditched it and wonder why I play so much

So is there any way we can try and organize some town visits? I am on various times in the day, usually around 2 or 3pm (EST) but could make it in the evening if I knew when someone's gates would be open!

I'd love to visit another town! I am searching for a few furniture sets too, and hoping to find them somewhere else.

Also I don't have WiiSpeak so if thats a problem let me know!

Not having Wii speak is fine with me. I sometimes turn mine off due to a noisy house or my dogs that want to keep barking. I am on at various times of the day too. I won't be on today tho. Have to leave for work soon.

Same thing happened to me when the kids got AC for their DSs. I played a little on theirs and then HAD TO HAVE MY OWN

It's no fun fighting over the Wii. Just tonight my DD and I agreed that DS is a Wii Pig. We have coined the term.




I'd be game (ha ha) for a weekly party date, is anyone eles up for that? Tuesday night would be best for us but I can move it into any other night as need be. I'm in CA, so my night is your really late night, so I guess it would be after school for us, which is ok too (as long as Wii Pig is elsewhere)

Wii speak is nice to have, but I think if you can type fast enough it really doesn't matter.

I'm happy to offer to host the first party.

Whoever would like to RSVP (by pm) to me and I'll add you to come play with us that afternoon.

Oh yeah, I have an ok town, not too interesting, so I'm not sure if we really want to keep the party at my place, but I'm happy to kick it off.

We are going to Disney in a couple of weeks for a whole week... I'm worried about my AC! Any tips for keeping my town as close to how it is now? I know a lot of flowers will die , and I'm especially worried about my hybrids!

I know what you mean! I wanted to bring the Wii with us to Disney! But, you can bring your hybrid flowers inside your house until you get back, they will be fine in there, and then replant them what you get home.

Have a GREAT time in Disney!!

Not feeling the AC love today I opened my gates and wandered around a bit - planted my daily flowers and did the flea market (I am in late June) but couldn't get into fishing or anything else. Am out of sorts and sore from the injection - took him 4 attempts with three injections of dye to get the needle placement right. My back is achy and I have a little fever and I am tired. </pity party>

Mostly just laying in bed and reading but will definitely give it another go this evening.

Meh...I am back in gear. Just needed to get a grip! I set back to yesterday for the rain so I didn't have to water and have been fishing. Ashley is visiting and getting fruit so my gates are open if anyone else want to roam, I'll be on for another hour or two.

Ummm...we took our Wii a couple of weeks ago to WDW with us! BUT it is VERY necessary!!! We left on day 11 of our perfect town so we got our gold watering can at WDW...AND we were able to shake enough trees to pay for our lighthouse so we say that is our Beach Club lighthouse that we have in our town!!!. We did pack our hybrids in our house since we were not able to hook up the Wii for a couple of days (we drove and our first night we stayed in a studio) but once we did, we made sure we played it each day!! The way home we did manage to miss one of our neighbors moving out of town .

I don't think I would have been able to take it if we had flown...I am already starting to worry about our July trip. LOL!!

Keri, sorry you were feel lousy. I wish I would have been home to come to your town.
Guess what??? As I was walking around my town a couple days ago, I noticed I had a Jacobs Ladder!!!!!!!!! I quickly rushed to Town Hall, and yes, for the first time in my ACCF life, I got a nice rating...LOL. So hopefully I can keep it up to get my gold watering can. The only thing that may have helped is planting more flowers in certain areas. Other than that, I have not made any big changes lately.

I really am going to go outside here in a minute.....I had to first eat some strawberries! I swear my house is HOT! Earlier this week we were running the heat at nigt, now it feels like we need that AC on!
Anyway, I hope to meet up with some of you again

Anyone know how long it takes a money tree to 'produce'? I cut down a non-fruit tree, planted 30K bells, then saved and went to the next day. Tree grew a bit, so I thought that was a good sign, played that day, saved and reset the date for the next day. Tree grew a bit more, left it alone, played the day then saved and moved ahead a day and had a full tree, so I shook it and nothing happened. So I saved again and went to the next day, nothing...tree is bare, and I did try shaking it. Any suggestions? This was the first money tree I tried to plant. I had read somewhere that if you plant 30K (the max) you had a better chance of having the tree produce.

I haven't played in awhile and when I do play I usually play a few days at a time. It hasn't been an issue before, but could it be now? Any other suggestions?
