can anger be a side effect of (post)menopause? what did you do to deal with it?

I don't have to deal with the anger but sleeplessness and my form of hot flashes. I don't have the full effects but I do get periods of mild electric shocks (what I call them).

I won't take any form of hormones so I opt for vitamins. Natrol has an AM and PM balance that will help with the mood swings and other side effects. The cost around $10 but within 2 weeks they worked for me. Symptoms went away about 3 months ago and now they are back so I am back on the vitamins.

Worth a try. They do say that they help with mood swings but that has not been a problem for me - yet.
