Ritch and I are heading to Maine tomorrow to hang out and relax for the week. We are meeting some friends of mine from college for dinner in Portsmouth on Tuesday night but otherwise we will just be hanging out and relaxing

I have been totally MIA lately.... when it gets busy around here it is sooo much easier to just lurk and not type


It seems like everyone had a very nice Christmas


We had a very nice Christmas too.. Santa found Molly in Gardner and left her a purple ipod(her favorite color), idog, books, and webkinz.... just like she asked for (except for the Wii )


We got home yesterday and we're looking forward to another week off before going back to school

This afternoon Molly and I entered the cave that is her room and did not emerge until we filled 4 bags full of crap.... I mean stuff that is either getting thrown or given away.

It's nice to see her floor again I'm trying to get her to part with at least a few more stuffed animals but I think I've hit a wall


Now we're exhausted and just hanging out in front of the tv. Molly is enjoying my gourmet frozen french bread pizza and I am enjoying a glass of wine

We're spending NYE at home with friends. We've got several families coming over to hang out and visit. We figure the kids can get lost in the playroom and we can play some games downstairs. I'm not sure that anyone will stay until midnight, but it should be a fun time regardless.

We had a good time this afternoon and now are at home with my family waiting on the pizza to be delivered.

I just drank a Dasani bottle that had been filled with Coquito by a co-worker

Ingredients
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut cream
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (10 ounce) bottle white rum (recommended Bacardi)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1Mix the ingredients in the blender.
2When well blended put in a large glass decanter, refrigerate and serve cold.

A friend of mine was on a bus trip to the Bills/Pats game today. He is a Pat fan and was wearing a Pat cap. Near the end of the first quarter he was on the way to the snack bar a Bill fan sticked their foot out in the aisle and my friend tripped and fell about 20 rows. He has broken his arm. He still in the hospital in Buffalo. His wife and SIL are on their way to see if they can get him across the border to a Canadian hospital to finish the treatment.
