We have Taco Belch, the one that was in my old town had a Hepititus inncecent in February or March. YUK!!!!!

Ok people, just got word from the DH that the pool heater is now installed!!! Anyone that wants to travel my way is more than welcome to stop by and bring drinks!!

Most of out DQ's are gone, too. We used to have a bunch. Now my "ice cream" of choice is Rusty's Frozen Custard. Yum!

Steph, you are looking forward to cleaning "once a day"? I'm hoping for less than that. I hate cleaning.

Actually, I need to get back on track. I've been lazy this summer. I have big plans for next week when I'm back from KC and the kids are in school. I need to get busy and organize a bunch of stuff. Need to put on some loud music and dance my house back into shape and I can't do that in the summer when the kids are here to laugh at me.

I cooked fresh cauliflower for lunch and I ate WAY too much. I'm probably going to be sick. But it tasted so good with a little grated cheese on top.

Guess I should get up and see if I can figure out what to pack. We're leaving tomorrow afternoon. My heart's not in it. I hate packing when I'm going on vacation. Somehow this one is even harder. Sigh. Wish a little fairy would do it for me. Maybe I'll wait until tonight while the guys are at Scouts. Needing to pack could be my excuse for skipping the Troop meeting? That's a thought.

The nearest taco bell to us is in Manchester. There is a satellite one in one of the gas stations in COncord..but no actual Taco Bell restaurant.


hmmm...edited to say that apparently Concord doesn't have one anymore either...
guess it's not a taco-friendly state.

Missy I wouldn't want to be packing either... and I have a hard time packing for vacations as it is as well.

Now after 3 "bad" visits in a row to Taco Bell, I doubt you'll ever find me at one again!

Hi all.....
back from the pool.....beautiful sunny day here....wasnt too crowded....the kids all disappeared with their friends so the "pool moms" baked on their chairs all day!


The only thing that would have made it just a little more perfect....would be a nice cabana boy!
