Yep, Stephanie is selling the yard today Yesterday she was telling me about storing all of the items at their friends house to protect them from the rain......she said "We stored them in the milk house"
I said "What is a milk house?" she laughed at me & said she knew I was gonna ask that......Does anyone else know what that is??? Please tell me I'm not the only one who didn't know that.....
Apparantly her friends live on an old farm & the milk house is a spot in the barn where cows would go to get milked (who knew???).......then she asked me "Don't you have cows there?"

I said "Not in my yard"

Star...my wedding dress is very similar to yours. My scanner isnt hooked up, but I will try to take a digital pic of one of the wedding pics. You and ELaine both look great. I havent been back to the thread since last night, so I dont know if there any other angel brides there yet.

Today we are going to Sam's first official scouting event...its a small family picnic, but maybe we will at least find out his pack or troop or whatever they are called. There is another DISer (Cindy, dont know her screen name) in scouts, so I will probably see her.
After that it's Target and grocery shopping. School starts on Wednesday....WHOOHOOOOO. I need ot go over the supply list to see if we missed anything and we need to buy food for Sam to take for lunch.

Early this morning I was dreaming. In the dream, I could see a casket in a church. I turned to the person next to me and asked who had died. Before I got the answer the phone woke me up. My uncle had passed away. Is that weird or what?

We're actually relieved. He was in such pain. Now we're just waiting to hear when the service will be so we can make plans. Oh, and Mom didn't head out yet. The call came a little before she was going to head out.

I am heading out to my parents for dinner.....my mom is almost recovered from the shingles, but she is not contagious anymore. I havent seen them for almost a month. We are going to hang out by the pool....(since the finally decided to make an appearance) then have dinner!

And a very sad note here, I don't know how many of you read the very funny trip report from Emmasgrammy when she was going donw to water slide and lost her suit.......... Well, her husband reported on our cruise meet thread that there was a fire at Emma's home this morning and Emma and her mother both died, her sister Sophie is in critical condition. So if you are so inclined to pray for this family, I am sure they will appreciate it. (Emma's mother was Lynda's daughter)

I'll always think of that trip report when I see a water slide. That one was so funny that I cried. I'm so sorry to hear that news. I will pray for them.

Thanks to everyone who is thinking of me. I'm really doing fine. I'm sad, but not nearly as sad as I have been these past few weeks. After all, I'm not feeling sorry for him now but just those left behind. Just worrying about how to juggle the first day of school, Amy's 8th grade social, David's band stuff and a trip to KC.

Gail great recap-and I have an idea in my mind of your wedding dress so now ya gotta scan one to see if i'm right!!

Thanks to those who complimented me on my wedding dress.....GMTA eh Bethany??!! I scanned that pic ages ago for a friend who wanted to see my dress.......my scanner broke a couple years ago and I never replaced it. Got me thinking tho I might have to go get one and scan the rest of my pics in case of fire or something. I have 100's because the photographer was moving and sold me all of the proofs I didn't buy for 99 bucks cash so with 3 photographers at the wedding and reception, I have a few!

Just got home from church and lunch owt.......I feel a nap coming on.....meeeeeeooooooowwwwwww!

We've packed up the painting gear for the weekend and we're 90% done...thanks to the hard work of Matt and my cousin along with Lew & me. Poor EB has a fever and she's afraid she'll have to miss camp tomorrow. THis is the final week and one of her favorite counselors is leaving for college after tomorrow so she really wants to see her.

Went to the boyscout picnic today. Sam seemed to have fun and was glad to see some friends from school. After that it was Target adn grocery shopping. Now I am off to put my leg up. Several years ago I fell on my knee and tore a ligament, every once in a while it still bugs me...today it is really bugging me.
