Morning all
I am almost done packing for Texas. All I need to do is get some $ and pack the electronics (phone, camera, DVD player). But I can proudly say I got everything of mine in one small suitcase, with a little help from 2 gallon ziploc bags though. I put stuff in them that doesnt matter if it gets wrinked and squeezed all the air out. Saved a lot of room. Coming home should be better since I am leaving a couple things behind. I NEED my feather pillow to sleep, so I am bringing one with me. But since we just replaced all our pillows a couple weeks ago, I wont need to bring this one back home. Lou thinks I am nuts for bringing it, but I just cant sleep on those rocks some hotels pass off as pillows.
Star...if you think you can handle retail, most stores love to hire school moms for short shifts during the day. The ones I work for are very willing to work around school holidays, field trips, volunteering, etc.
Steph...thanks for the video. Although I never had to welcome anyone back from war, those tapes always make me cry. I love to see how happy they are, especially when they see their children.
I know I am missing a bunch of replies, but I did read everything. Have a good day
