very excited, it's a bit strange though as we're away in venice for 5 days just before completion.........need to make sure eveything okay before we go and that all the cheques have gone to the solicitor......the bad thing is that we will have no broadband for a while!

just to make it worse......you know how when you look at a property you have various questions to ask.....how much are the utility bills, council tax etc, guess what we asked first

I'm so happy about your house Cami! Your statement above made me smile. Being in the UK you can go to Venice for a short visit quite easily, just like some here in the US go to Disney World. When the tables are turned however, a trip to Europe is a major vacation for us as is a trip to the World is for you!
Hoping the rest of the sale process goes smoothly - especially connecting to broadband!!!!

Morning folks!

I am so tired right now. With all of the rain yesterday, all of our neighbors on the other side of the cul-de-sac had their garages and basements flooded. There were at least 6 or 8 emergency vehicles parked back there until late last night pumping the water out. Their driveways head downward into their garages and the water kept pouring down into it. Thankfully our driveway is level with the house.
