2 more days and I'm on vacation ..... heading for Squam Lake in NH ..... can't wait to have a week off !!!

Now back to work .....

Gerri and Lou, glad it was your electricity instead of ours. We can add another neurotic dog and a neurotic child to your total, if there is thunder. And I don't do heat very well. In that situation I turn downright mean! And no computer to take my mind off it. Whew! Alan, it sounds like your wife has that disaster under complete control. I never thought of that benefit.

Glad the sun is shining for you Sandi. It's drizzling here, but I'm loving the cooler temperatures!

David overslept and missed swimming practice, after Allen checked to see that he was awake. Now he swears that his alarm never went off. He's just like his father was in college, and that's a scary thought! Allen hardly ever went to morning classes in college. He didn't know how to get up to an alarm. So you can imagine what his grades were like.

I better go find the riddle. Then I need to clean up the mess from installing the microwave. We were exhausted from the installation last night, so I just left the sawdust for today.

going off to have dinner and then packing for the camping trip

apparently it's going to be a heatwave here this weekend....which in scotland means we might get into double figures!

LK - planning on taking loads of piccies....mind you they'll all be of wildlife so a bit boring!
mind you....it's the first weekend me and hubbie have had to ourselves in 6 weeks.....so you never know what the pictures mught turn out like

So it's a beautiful sunny day here and I say: Let's go to the pool....first day to go since camping.... .....

My kids kick up such a fuss....NO! we don't want to go to the pool today.....I say: OK...then we will run errands that I have to do to get ready for Disney........believe it or not........

this appealed to them........


So, we ran around and then went shopping at Kohl's.......spent a ton.....had great deals.........got new shoes for school.....even through some ice cream into the deal.......

happened to walk by the wireless store and went in to ask them how to download different ring tones....(I want a Disney one...OK? ).....and end up with free internet phone service for a month.........so I will have internet service while at Disney! LOL!
(now if I could just figure out how to work it! LOL)


now they both went to their rooms......tired out from all of that shopping....LOL!


And I just want to add: that it wasn't my PM box that was full nor am I responsible for filling anyone else's up!
